EMU:
The emu is the largest bird in Australia. Emu's have wings, but they can not fly. The feathers on an emu have a blackish brown color all over. They have 2 long legs, a strong neck, & sharp beak. Emu's do not have any animal predators, but the only predator strong enough to take it down is in fact the human being.

Koala Bear
The koala bear is a furry little animal that is around 83.82 cm. They have big floppy ears, a round body, & no tail. The koala has very strong bones so it can support itself when climbing trees, being that they spend most there time in trees sleeping & eating Eucalyptus leaves.
Frilled Neck Lizard
The frilled neck lizard is a famous Aussie icon. They live in hot tropical areas of Australia. They feed on little bugs & insects which are easy to catch. The frilled neck lizard can run fast on its two hind legs when trying to escape from predators. It makes itself look more tough & scary by opening out the frilled neck it has which goes around its face.
Kangaroo
The kangaroo is a common marsupial of Australia. They are strong animals with powerful legs, thick strong tails, short arms with claws & a pouch on its stomach for its baby, the joey. The kangaroo has a thick coat of fur which is a reddish brownish coloration. Being that the kangaroo is a strong powerful animal, they can hop around to heights up to 9 m. They are nocturnal animals & are herbivores, which means they don't need to hunt for there food.
Wombat
The wombat is a native animal of Australia. It is a burrowing animal & makes its own dens underground to sleep in. They are nocturnal and sleep alot during the day. They have four legs which are short & have sharp claws on them which is vital for burrowing with. They are fury aswell which keeps them warm during the winter. The wombat can reach lengths up to 1.2 meters long. The diet consists of leaves, grass, bark & roots, meaning its a herbivore.
